They are important because they can tell you about the person's training, proven ability and commitment to professionalism. I work hard to stay at the 'top of my game' and I spend many days and dollars every year to continue my education to improve my service to you.

    The following are designations that I have earned through the National Association of Realtors.

    ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative. Indicates specialization in working with buyers and the unique challenges they face.

    CRS - Council of Residential Specialists. Important, a 'master's degree' in residential real estate brokerage.

    GRI - Graduate, Realtors Institute. First level of post-licensing education for Realtors.

    CBR - Certified Buyer Representative. Specialization in buyer representation. (Massachusetts Association of Realtors)
